I have been taught by Sophy Hoare and Diane long since 2003 so my practice and teaching is influenced by Vanda Scaravelli

This weekend will allow you to relax and unwind with daily yoga, and time to enjoy the beach and cliff top walks. You can choose between single or shared accommodation and all meals are included.
